After completing phase 1 with me, you maybe wondering what is the next step for you. If you want to keep progressing and continue getting results then moving into phase 2 is for you. The aim of Phase 1 was to help you learn about managing your calories and macronutrients, now in phase 2, we begin introducing training day and rest day calories. Meaning on days you workout you can eat slightly more.
Along with this, your workouts will also change, in order to keep you progressing, I will be giving you 4 new 25 minutes – 30-minute workouts to continue to challenge your body.
